Sample Keynote:
 "Tee'd Off & Fired Up
        to Play More GOLF"

Jackie Barnes, LCSW, MBA has 20 years of experience in healthcare and healthcare management.  For 13 of those years she has spent most weekends as a "golf widow".  Her living room has been used as a driving range.  (That's right- not a putting green- that is the upstairs hallway- but driving range!)  That same living room is now the home of a bag of golf clubs for all times they're not in use (i.e.: most M-F!) She even has a mural of Amen Corner at Augusta on the wall at the end of the putting green/chipping area.  This could be enough to tee off the most patient soul.

But in a classic "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" effort, she creatively combines her expertise on work place integrity and the evolution of work ethic trends and behaviors with the GOLF mindset that has become a way of life in the Barnes' household.

Participants will:

    develop an understanding of current workplace trends and generational factors required to remain on the leading edge of successful employment- as either an employee or employer;

    understand anger as a frame of reference in the American worker and use it as a tool to see how those who are tee'd off can be fired up in a productive manner;

    learn the importance of energy management as opposed to time management;

    develop insight into the benefit of shared corporate and individual goals;

    be inspired to look at what fires their passion and consequently their internal locus of control;

    delve into the oft missed component of ethics

The GOLF paradigm and acronym make the lesson entertaining and easy to understand.  A lesson understood is one that can later be implemented.  Implementation leads to effective change.  And isn't that what YOU'RE looking for in a keynote speaker?

Tee'd off over the status quo and fired up to make a difference?  Place the call today.  713-732-1340.
